Where can I find the LICENSE for Dify Plugins

I am interested in a few plugins and I have trying to see where I can find the LICENSE to check if they are licensed for commercial use. For example:

https://marketplace.dify.ai/plugins/langgenius/azure_openai

I want to see if the plugins above if they are available for commercial use. When I download the .difypkg and check inside there is no LICENSE file.

I checked the repository below:
https://github.com/langgenius/dify-official-plugins

There is a LICENSE file at the top-most directory, but I'm not sure if this LICENSE applies to ALL Dify Plugins located in the Dify Marketplace.

For plugins in the Dify Marketplace that are maintained in the dify-official-plugins repository (like Email, Google, and Azure OpenAI by LangGenius), the LICENSE at the top of that repo applies—these are under the Dify Open Source License, which is essentially Apache 2.0 with a few additional restrictions and allows commercial use under standard open source terms reference reference.

Downloaded .difypkg files do not include a LICENSE file, and plugin manifests do not specify licensing. If a plugin is not in the dify-official-plugins repo, its license may differ or be unclear. For those, check the plugin’s source repository (if available) or contact the author or business@dify.ai for clarification, especially if you need to confirm commercial use rights.

There’s currently no official documentation or policy that covers licensing for all third-party or partner plugins in the Marketplace.
