Default attributes for a blog #2

I shouldn't have to supply any attributes by default for blog posting. Therefore:

Infer the renderer from the snip extension (done)
Infer a title from the first line
Infer attributes from a specific soup (i.e. snips in the blog soup get default attributes)
Really nail the created at / updated at stuff.
