使用鼠标向下平移画布比向上平移快；shift+鼠标向右平移比向左平移快；ctrl+鼠标缩小比放大快

是不是你电脑的鼠标设置了什么？正常都是一样的（内部没有做任何处理），试试其他的鼠标或电脑看看
