Create a drawer for divider. Example:

Description:
When the user types --- in the beginning of the line, the line becomes a tip box. Steps do develop:

  • Create the tip type for stories
  • Add a --- command handler that changes the story step to tip type
  • Add a drawer for Divider.
  • Glue the code
