Dutch translation

I've been (slowly) working on a Dutch translation. See the preview or the fork.

My goal is to complete this sometime this summer.

I see the translation is progressing:-)

I just adjusted the style for the language-switch list in the page foot so that Dutch should fit in without needing to go to a third line

I don't think these changes should affect your eventual PR but just mentioning it in case it does, we will be able to sort out any minor conflicts...

That indeed is nicer! I've synced the fork and everything still appears to be working as before.

Note that the homepage still has three lines. (This is not a footer, of course.) I would either go for two lines as well, or for three but more equally distributed.

Oh thanks for the heads up on the start page, why isn't it using the same css:-) I'll adjust to match.

There are a couple of other translation forks in progress (and of course others may be volunteered at any time) At some point (at least for the footer) we may need to consider a different design, but for now I think this works well enough.

Actually since it is using different CSS, I may take your second suggestion of using more equal lines, rather than forcing it to match the footer
