Show bookings on multiple dates on the calendar

A booking from Friday to Sunday is currently shown on Friday, and then on Saturday.

We want to show a single block that goes from Friday PM to Sunday morning.

Additional context

• We can probably find a nice JS library to show the calendar and have new options
• A space booking can be for am/pm, the whole day or for the evening only: this should be visible on the calendar
