Allow starting the server from an executable on PATH rather than from a filesystem location #99
Description
As outlined in this comment, it is sometimes not practical to start the language server from a filesystem location.
We should add the ability to start the server from an executable on PATH instead.
Also, it should be possible to specify the name of the executable to start so we can support using Expert as a server, or other less-common installations.
