Chart analysis filters #27
Description
Allow user to select which subset of the tracks to include for chart analysis. Examples:
- Only consider tracks from the highest/lowest n positions
- Only consider tracks from some decade(s)
This could be provided in conjunction with #24 (at least provide some common UI) but is probably easier to implement.
