Add VimeoPlayer

It should could work with #v= similarly to HTML5Player and be triggered by full Vimeo URL: #v=https://vimeo.com/36160893 and simplified notations: #v=vimeo.com/36160893 and #v=vimeo/36160893.

But first lets discuss: should we add it?

Vimeo is the second biggest video provider, but it feels like a slippery-slope (why not add DailyMotion next? etc)

Maybe we should keep feature set small and stop now at one native video provider(YouTube) + option play any other video via direct URL (HTML5Player).
