It would be nice if one could replace:

with:
https://pls.watch/#&v=s2u3hHc0Icc&t=8s;29.8s+3x29.8;30+31s

Well, you could replace it with just: https://pls.watch/#&v=s2u3hHc0Icc but that will not be the same :)

It would also help if for some reason you want to send someone one fragment of a video, but without looping it.

IMO it is not worth increased complexity, but if someone submits a PR I'll be happy to review.
