Detect batch dual-funded opens #4017
Description
You can't do this in the current API, but one thing we need to make sure to handle with dual-funded opens once the API supports it is detecting when a dual-funded open opened multiple channels and use the batch logic to make sure we don't send funding signatures to peers until we have signatures on all other channels.
