Using the AOSR as a reveiw plugin

I was wondering how i could implement note reviews with this plugin by ascribing all the notes that still need attention and are immature in a deck. The two blocks i've found in doing this even when a note has the deck and card que '#Q' placed it won't show up in cards without a pattern placed in the note. I know this plugin may not have been created with reviewing in mind but it seems like a pretty good functionality to have.
