Discord bot stop giving role after successful verification

What's the context and background of this issue?

Once the user hash has been verified with the bot , the bot should give auto the role - IDH-Huber but the bot stop stopped assigning it

1 I've tested discord assigning role, and it worked.
2 we found this particular user had VerifyIdentityFailed error, which means probably the user has used different discord account A to verify when he used discord account B in IDGraph?

WrongWeb2Handle means the discord handle is unexpected.

Can you please ask him to check:

• we are expecting the discord username with 4-digit discriminator when he fills out the username. It's case-sensitive.
• we are expecting a link to the message that he posted which starts with 0x..., not the automatic reply from IDHubBot
