Remove white spaces from affinity env variable

Describe the bug

Setting LLMDBENCH_VLLM_COMMON_AFFINITY="nvidia.com/gpu.product: NVIDIA-H100-80GB-HBM3" does not work because of the white space between the ":" and the value. Maybe this is nitpicking, but maybe we should remove white spaces when looking for the ":" character?
