Next.js 16 support

We use the logtail next.js helper extensively in our next.js 15 application. I would like to update to the latest next.js 16 version soon ... any chance get this library updated to be compatible?!

We've been planning on tackling the Next.js 16 compatibility for quite some time, it should be released as v0.3.0 🚀 You can see the work in progress in #31

There are minimal changes in the usage which you can check in our docs. Hope it helps 🙌
