Clarification on local storage, retention and replay of OpenAPI market data for personal non-commercial use #1231

Description

@billionairetimes166

Hello Longbridge Developers Team,

I am using Longbridge OpenAPI for a personal, non-commercial quantitative research and monitoring system.

I would like to clarify the permitted use of market data retrieved through the OpenAPI.

Could you please confirm whether the following are permitted for data that my account is entitled to access:

Retrieving historical and real-time market data through the OpenAPI.
Storing the retrieved data locally on my own computer or private NAS for personal research.
Retaining historical OHLCV / quote data for an extended period.
Replaying the locally stored historical data for backtesting, point-in-time validation and strategy research.
Creating private test fixtures or derived datasets from the retrieved data for automated testing and reproducibility.
Using the stored data only internally, without redistribution, resale, publication, or providing it to third parties.

If local retention or replay is restricted, could you please clarify:

which types of market data are affected;
whether restrictions differ by market or data entitlement;
any maximum retention period;
whether derived indicators/features may be stored permanently;
and the relevant OpenAPI or market-data terms that govern these uses.

This system is research/advisory only and does not automatically place trades.

Thank you.
