Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I keep wanting to create my own global go-to library of common stuff (like regex function tests, and other utility logic) and was surprised to see there's no ability to add a script in the global shared query library.

Describe the solution you'd like
Allow adding a script just like the query UI where you can define the inputs for execution.

Describe alternatives you've considered
None that run local.
