Kokoro v1 release underway

The new version of Kokoro is being released, so the code can be updated to support it. The new version can supports new languages but not sure if they are going to be released, and of course the quality is higher!

I tried a naive replacement with the new model and voices but unfortunately the result is really bad. English is too fast and french text is muttered for many words.

Maybe the espeak had changed, these changes need to reference to kokoro-onnx for modifications.

I've got a mostly working version 1.0 #65. Unfortunately there is a slight artifact at the start of audio, which I'm not quite sure why it is there.
