Add option to remove a specific player

Sometimes someone else is in the party but it shouldn't be in the profit split.

Would be nice to see an option to remove that one player.

What will happen with the final balance of the hunt in the absence of that player?

• What if I remove the player with the biggest waste?
• What if I remove the player with the biggest profit?

Or we will simply ignore his presence and subtract his balance from the hunt balance and then split the hunt balance?
