Move hostname adjustment into Debian package (edi-set-hostname) #38

edi-cl, edi-var and edi-pi share similar logic to adjust the hostname.

The setup can be offloaded into a Debian package.

Package name: edi-set-hostname

The adjustment for the correct network interface can be done using a systemd override script.
