Pgfutter not working with PostgreSQL13

I downloaded Postgresql13 on a new Windows server and i am trying to use Pgfutter there with a simple import and it won't give me any error, just moves to the next line like the process finished but nothing actually happens. no import, no errors. Please help

Nope. Just had to use the lower-level tools, like pg_dump

I have this experience on Linux if I forget to specify DB_NAME, etc. environment variables.
