Selectively enable/disable Login Hints

Forcefield includes the ability to disable login hints.
This feature would extend that to choose which hints are enabled/disabled.
eg. Disable hints like "the username does not exist" / "the password is incorrect"
Enable hint like "the username/password is empty"
