Fix examples cli (#308)

* remove prune examples and exclude examples from MANIFEST.in to fix examples cli

* change pyct dep to fix conflict issue

* add record for install test; testing with upload to anaconda works after downgrade of pyct to 0.4.6

* edit manifest.in to exclude xrspatial/examples (still include examples in base directory) and prune .idea

* add record for test build

* add .idea gitignore

* remove .idea

* add record
