Is there any alternative way to get these VMs? I'm looking around but can't find anything.

If you want to setup the Victim VM and Sniffer VM then do the following steps:

Setup a Windows 10 machine as a Victim VM.
Setup a Ubuntu machine as a Sniffer VM.

On the Windows VM, setup FlareVM.
