Main UI and routing logic (Streamlit) implementation

Implementation of UI for easy navigation and intuitive design. This will be implemented using Streamlit.

Hey! You can start by creating an app.py file. For now, implement a basic layout with a header, footer, and a dynamic navbar. The navbar should be designed in a way that when we add new pages (like modules from different folders), we can simply import them and they’ll automatically appear in the navigation. This will make the app easily extendable as we add more modules later.

If you come up with a clean and well-structured design and code, you’ll also get the opportunity to work on the UI of other pages once they’re developed.

When you make the PR, make sure to link this issue using fixes #<issue_number> in the PR description.
