Can't Install the package

Hi
I am getting an error while installing the package.

Installing package into ‘C:/Users/svishwakarma/Documents/R/win-library/3.5’
(as ‘lib’ is unspecified)
Warning in install.packages :
cannot open compressed file 'muxViz-master/DESCRIPTION', probable reason 'No such file or directory'
Error in install.packages : cannot open the connection

Please let me know what to do in this issue.

It's not yet a package you can install that way. Follow instructions to run it

I am not able to install the package. The download is very slow and I am always getting an error message.
