loading muxViz library on RStudio

Hi there,
I am a PhD student who is eagerly looking to use muxViz package to perform community detection analysis on my multiplex network. I was able to successfully install the package and its dependencies, however when I load the library, it's taking very long "more than 30minutes" with no progress that I often need to terminate the action and restart the R session. Anyone knows of what could be going wrong? I am running it on my local computer: Macbook Pro with 16GB memory. Your help is highly appreciated!

Hi @AbirKhazaal. You probably need to install XQuartz app in your MacBook, so that muxViz finds it and opens it in the background (you'll see the Quartz icon showing up in the dock). The loading fails probably for this reason. Good luck and happy computing!

Thank you @pedroj .. I have, that was the first thing I did, but the problem persisted. I have now switched to another package. Thank you for your help
