1. Where we can find some kind of schematics that you had use in your projects;

2. There are some of your boards avaiable to buy?

I made some PCBs and I would be happy to sell them and I registered a business here in Germany for that purpose.
I have a little charge of the MIDI PCB:

some variation:

Other breakouts for example a real SD Card (SD MMC not SPI)

But other boards might be available soon. The bigger PCBs are some prototypes but I would be happy to get them to the market too.
