Make it possible to set the newly created certificate as the default one for MSIX Hero

Once the creation of a new certificate is done:

It would be nice to show an extra link to actually set the newly created certificate as the default one used by MSIX Hero.

Also add a new switch --asDefault to CLI, so that the certificate is set as the default one for signing.
