[BUG] Packet Filter Exception on actions (Linux)

Hi there,

First off thanks for making Razor work on Linux. Can't tell you how much I appreciate it. :)

I notice when executing commands within ClassicUO incorrectly on Linux a blank popup that cannot be dismissed shows up. Some example commands,

• >buy, >org, or >restock — agents without a number)
• >buy 100 — agents with an invalid number
• >cuo — ClassicUO without a specific action
• >cooldown test test — incorrectly formatted cooldown

Here are the versions of what I'm using,

• ClassicUO (latest build as of this writing): 0.1.11.85
• (Within ClassicUO using UO client version: 6.0.1.10)
• Razor, tested in latest stable build (1.9.77.0) and dev (1.10.81.0)

Environment details:

• GNOME 44 under Wayland (I use arch, btw 😛)
• Mono version: 6.12.0
