what is the logic behind choosing the minimum supported version of qt5?

hi, I'm looking at 75fdd81 and trying to understand, how do you choose min supported qt5 version?

I'm asking because the only place where I can find qt 5.14 today is qt archive (https://download.qt.io/archive/qt/5.14/5.14.2/), and it's not very convenient.

the oldest version in qt online installer archive is 5.15.0, ubuntu 22.04 has 5.15, and ubuntu 20.04 has 5.12

There are other Linux distributions which have older qt.

But yes, maybe it could be bumped.
