Material Design 3 Spec - Single File / Offline Access?

Our team has found the Material Design 3 spec to be an invaluable resource. It's incredibly well-organized and helpful for our design and development processes.

I was wondering if anyone knows if the entire Material Design 3 spec is available in a single-file format, or perhaps hosted on GitHub or another platform where it can be downloaded for offline access? While the web console is great, sometimes having a local copy would be beneficial for our workflow.

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated!
