When I try to upload a video to a room I'm getting this error:

Maximum request body size 1048576 exceeded, actual body size 1179648"

It could be great to increase that by default and also provide a configuration key for that.

I increased the limit now to 100MiB in d425e2d.

I'll leave this open in case we want to make this configurable.
