Issue on Calls

Number of users have reported that they cant join the call.

They get this error when they join the call:
Error: Unable to connect to the voice call: timed out waiting for peer connection.

On both iOS and Android platform.

It is okay for some users but some users it never works and keep getting the same error.

They are on latest iOS/Android version and latest Mattermost app too

@kinchit-gauswami This sounds like a networking configuration issue. Some mobile providers may have trouble connecting through the configured UDP port. I recommend first verifying that connectivity over port 8443 is working properly. You can follow the steps outlined here. If that doesn't resolve the issue, you may need to deploy a dedicated TURN server.
