Streamline Bulk Updates for DSCA, IWQ Dates #797
Description
There are existing pages to bulk update the dates for DSCA and IWQ (IWQ is less important since we can pull it from DTMS now), but the HTML date selector is a pain in the butt to use for more than a few entries. Perhaps select checkboxes or a JS-enabled button to the right of the calendar picker that enters 'today'.
