Microsoft models freezes on load...

It keeps getting to "Adding 59 Microsoft Models" and then not continuing. in the log you see an error:

in the other log you don't see any errors, but it doesn't continue...

Any thoughts on this? It seems like it hangs because of access, but I can browser to the site no issue.
