PSA: DAT specific sfx.7z for 7-zip compression

The recent builds/readme content do not directly communicate the need to replace the sfx.7z file within the 7zip program directory with the one compiled to support 64 bit WinPE. The errors from the result of using the default 7zip sfx.7z don't point to the issue being 7zip, more so DISM. If this file could be added to all versions that support 7zip compression or be linked inside of the readme guide, that would be great. Thanks for all the work you have gone on this product.

Issues without the file

• Network Drivers fail to apply (Especially pcie ethernet/usb to ethernet) causing -baremetal to fail.
• Partial Driver application
