Tool not starting BITS Download if there are multiple DELL BIOS files found

This only seems to fail on the second BIOS download -- first BIOS it finds from our selected models, driver sets from selected models all seem to flow correctly, BUT if there is a second BIOS found in the list, then the BITS transfer doesn't kick off, and it hangs at this point.

There's PROBABLY correlation in that the latest driver download off the website is 11.3, where this is trying to pull a 12.0 BIOS, the download link does not work manually, so Dell could have rolled back the BIOS file, or lagged from the XML release to the production release... will try clearing cache to see if this one in particular can come back.
Also monitoring for second BIOS download in the series (have ~9 left to download)

Cleared cache, but we're continuing to see the failure due to Dell "hiding" the 12.0 file.
