Assume that /mnt/sda1/dwl/ has been set as the Aria2's dir option. If the user sets the "Download Path" (dir) somewhere outside of /mnt/sda1/dwl/, for example, /mnt/sda1/storage/, Aria2 accepts it and starts the download, but after the download is finished, there are no file(s) in the /mnt/sda1/storage/. It doesn't matter whether the path exists or not.
Solution:
As a UI, AriaNg must consider the Aria2's dir option (/mnt/sda1/dwl/) as a prefix path and try to eliminate this Aria2 stupid bug.
