Is this app designed to run exclusively on macOS, or is it compatible with other operating systems such as Windows or Linux?

Since I am developing in MacOS, the main support will be for MacOS.
But since Tauri have capability to be build as multi platform, it supposed to be able to support other OS as well.
I can not guarantee anything since it is lack of testing.
