caddy plugin to forward analytics to medama

It woudl be good to have a Caddy plugin so that developers can easily setup forwarding of their analytics to Medama.

Here is a simple example of a Caddy Module that does the forwarding https://github.com/jonaharagon/caddy-umami

This will hopefully increase the usage of Medama, where using it from the Client is also used.

The same is true for when Developers use Google Analytics as a store for any key value style analytics they want to collect that is not purely Client Side based kv values.
