Optionally Store Page Titles

Some PHP websites, such as forums, may have most of their traffic on one path such as showthread.php which makes their page titles more important than the path to distinguish where their traffic is going.

While I don't think we should add a new database column for this and collect this for every website, we could maybe investigate such a use case through #9.
