Index.html not opening properly

When I try to open the file index.html of some analysis, it is blank without any indication of working.

Did the .network files were generated? (or in other words, did BiG-SCAPE finished correctly?) If that's the case, you can at least import them in a network visualization software (e.g. Cytoscape).
I'm not sure that the interactive visualization can be fixed, as it's generated during the run. It also uses some files and folders included in the official repository (html_template); do you have these?
