Docker image for self-hosting

I would be happy to contribute to this.
Specifically, I could help create a Docker image to make it easy for people to self-host.

Is this something you'd be open to?

TBH I only intended this project to be a desktop app.

Then upon request I added web preview for the client side Svelte app, without the need of installing the app. Which At the moment doesn't depend on the Tauri api in critical areas.

So, I think it would be okay to add a docker image for self-hosting. We can rethink docker support if the case was different.

When implementing this please test it to a satisfactory point, and add the necessary documentation for it.
