Ability to pause and resume tile animation

This is more of a feature request, but it would be great if there were some functions to pause and resume tile animations. Currently I cannot find a way how to do this.

Right, only sprite animations can be paused/resumed. Tileset animations aren't directly exposed to the API. I'll take a look
