Improve JSON document readability

The documents are currently displayed as raw JSON, which isn't very readable and can make it hard to test and debug.

Some areas of improvement could include:

• syntax highlighting
• improved folding/unfolding UX
• highlighting fields when searching Highlight items within fields represented as arrays #541
