Add bold/italic coloring to default CSS

The "06-basics_recap.md" presentation uses colors for bold and italic table elements using CSS tweaks. This turned out to be useful for sensible demonstration of the Vigenère cipher.

Include these changes in all styles, or even better create a custom style to DRY.
