Please update Any Chart to a more recent version of plotly library to supply additional chart types and functionalities

Hello,

We had wide-ranging issues throughout docs when referring to plotly.js versions. I have recently worked with a developer to modernize this aspect, as well as modernize Charts docs in general. The old Plotly how to is deleted, and in its place we have clearer reference information and smoother tutorials: #11681
