Create a super repo with submodules?

We have these three tools and a docs repo. At some point we might decide it would be a good idea to have a repo that contains them as git submodules. This isn't something too important right now but it came to mind so I thought I'd raise an issue.

This would avoid issues with inconsistent installation locations of the 3 packages. (I always put them all in ${VIRTUAL_ENV}/src but others might do things differently.) We could also put the github.io page in the submodule, too.
