Elevator colliders bump up characters

When standing on the very edge of the elevator (in between a building floor and the elevator shaft), the player may get bumped up or pushed down. May cause the player to be unable to see where one of the characters are and unable to finish the level.

Dog is bumped down

Boy is bumped up

This happens due to how the elevator gets "closed" when moving. At the moment, there's just a collider at the front of the elevator that gets activated to prevent the characters from exiting the elevator when it's moving.

We'll need to find a more sophisticated way to "close" the elevator to prevent this.
